Tu Do is a Vietnamese-American Cinematographer with a focus on narrative filmmaking.
His films have played at notable film festivals such as SXSW, Palm Springs International SHORTFEST, and Tampere International Film Festival. His camerawork and lighting plays on the characteristics of classic American and Asian cinema, creating images that are intimate and real. He is currently splitting time betweem Western North Carolina + Los Angeles and is the co-founder of Squid Valley, a creative super team making narrative projects and commercials.
Recent clients have included Chinatown Market, Pepsi, Twitch, Miller Lite, Axe, Steelseries, Adidas, Nissan, and more. He is also an American Film Institute (AFI) Alumni.
